The Staff

All our staff have been carefully selected and trained in order to deliver sensitive and skilful care with measured support working under the guidance and supervision of our experienced management team.

Staffing levels allow for 24 hour care including an RGN nurse on the premises
at all times. We operate a handover system at all shift changes where information is exchanged and residents’ needs discussed.

Continuity of Care

In this way we can be sure to provide continuity and consistency of care. The night staff will check and secure the building at night and should it be required they will make hourly checks to ensure residents are comfortable throughout the night. Immediate assistance can be summoned should it be required.
